outports, whales, cod, and unique traditional
customs. The holidays are no exception. It's a
place where holiday kitchen parties feature
a mix of music and dance and sometimes
even a surprise visit from the Mummers.

Whether in the bustle of St John's, or in a quiet
outport, Newfoundlanders enjoy a good kitchen
party. Newfoundland is settled by a large
population of Irish immigrants and many of
the holiday traditions of Ireland made their
way to 'the Rock' and became a part of the
colorful culture of this unique place.

McInnis' Kitchen brings a taste of those holiday
traditions and culture to help the Sunset Bar & Grill
patrons ring in the New Year in style!
